Fabián Fábrega earned his background in Business, Organization Psychology, and Social Responsibility from the State University of New York, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Catholic University of Cordoba, and Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He is cofounder and Director of "El Castillo", a family owned 5-star hotel/educational center, built following a refurbishment of a 19th century castle. At "El Castillo", he has designed and delivered learning programs in organizational development for leader companies, universities, and members of the Congress of the Argentine Nation.
His venture has been recognized by different institutions in conferences and print -including a case study authored by INSEAD & RPI’s Jonathan Story- as a paradigm of innovation, and sustainable family teamwork.
Fabián has worked as professor and public speaker for innovative sustainability at more than fifty international higher educational institutions and motivational events. Fordham University —the Jesuit University of New York— has honoured him as a Fellow Member of its "Consortium on the Purpose of Business".
As musician, he has performed and recorded with various chamber orchestras –including his own Argentinean folk band– and his work has been shown in specialized media. He is also a published author, with both a fiction and a non-fiction book about love, innovation, and family entrepreneurship.
